Good simple pie crust recipes

Hi there,
I'm just looking to better my baking skills, specifically breads and pies, and I was wondering of anyone had any good but relatively simple pie crust recipes out there?

Thanks yellow, I second the motion. I am not much of a pie maker, but I love a good crust. I usually cheat and buy the prepared ones, but I am hoping you are able to get some replies for the both of us. I want to make more pies and even want to experiment with Quiche, so come on folks, bring it on.

The first crust I learned was a super easy ginger snaps one, it worked the first time and was perfect for cheesecake.

I no longer have the recipe but this one looks pretty close;

This does look super easy. I'm not a huge ginger snap fan though, maybe I'll try it with a different kind of cookie that has a similar texture and different taste...
