How to Bind Graham Cracker Crumbs for Cupcake Topping

I am baking smore cupcakes and I don't want to just sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on the top. I'd like to bind them together and use a cookie cutter on them. I have tried butter with the crumbs but it isn't quite doing the job. Is there something else I can use to bind it together? Am I just out of luck on this front??
