Grain Free Baking Tips

I just found this this morning and thought it might be useful to those who are newish to grain free baking. I'm looking forward to seeing more, since I'm completely in the dark about these new flours etc, it's definitely been an experience, to say the least lol.

I'm also clueless about all those different flours at the supermarket and some health shops, many of which sound appealing to try but raising many baking concerns being the first time we would use them.

Well, this a new way of baking!

I've been looking for some grain free recipes as most of my family can't tolerate it. I've heard of different flours like rice flour and even organic vegetable based flours. These tips seem very helpful and I will take them into consideration when I bake next time.
