Greetings everyone!

I love to cook. I don't really bake that much, but I would like to change that. I don't usually measure most things when I cook. I cook by feeling which is not good for baking.

I hope to learn some great baking tips and learn how to like measuring.

Oh my, I could not imagine baking without measuring. I can cook like that, but baking, oh boy, that would be a disaster. I'd end up omitting things like salt.

I'm glad you found us and want to learn more about baking. There are quite a few folks here, who can help you with that.
