Hello from the UK!

I am very keen on baking - I'm just not very good at it (I am more of a cook than a baker). Hence I've joined this forum to get some hints, tips and support. I can probably cook any dish you ask me to, but when it comes to baking I'm really not good. I made some flapjack a few weeks ago, and did what I thought was right by lining the baking tin with greaseproof paper. Suffice to say it stuck to the flapjack and I had to throw the whole lot out. So you can clearly see that I need help.
