I'm pleased to have found this Forum and look forward to chatting and exchanging ideas and information. My wife and I have been baking our own bread at home for well over forty years. We've experimented with various methods and techniques of home baking and are still learning.

Our regular fare includes sourdough loaves and /or some form of routine sandwich loaf; bagels are a regular favorite and my most recent discovery is Kifli's, the Central European crescent shaped yeast rolls that inspired the development of French croissants.

I'm still working on perfecting my Kifli recipe and hope to learn from the experience of Forum members.
