I run a daycare and I have strict guidelines as to what I can and cannot feed the children. I have to be careful with salt and sugar content as well as saturated fats. My children love to cook and we bake something from scratch at least once a week for our afternoon snack. I'm running low on ideas to make that will still fit within the guidlines I need to follow. Would anyone have any suggestions on good healthy recipes to make with children that the kids will still want to eat as well?
