Heat treated flour - raw cookie dough

Hello,
I know that raw edible cookie dough exist in US and it's made from heat treated flour.
Does anyone know where to source heat treated flour ?
I'm living in Asia. My kids love it so much when I bought from US.
So I want to do a big batch for upcoming school event.

A commercial bakery brand called Honeyville makes a ready to eat flour. They sell it under the trade name TempSure. They sell to the general pubic on their website, but it's very expensive since the treatment kills about 99% of pathogens that can cause illness.

You might be able to pasteurize your flour at home if you have a microwave. I don't know what temperature and for how long flour needs to be heated to be pasteurized, so you'll have to do some research. But the raw cookie dough craze has been around for some time, so there's a lot of recipes out there.
