Hello! I've been in the kitchen cooking meals with my mother since I was a child. Even taught my wife to cook when we married almost 14 years ago. I never really learned to bake. Over the last year I've been trying different cookie recipes. My favourite so far is serious eats chocolate chip cookies. It's a pain to make make but the taste is incredible!
