Greetings all! Just wanted to say a quick Hi! 
I'm a long time cooker/baker in constant search of new recipes and ways to improve my skill set. Nothing makes me happier than feeding people. If we got snowed in with a houseful of people I had to feed for days I'd be in heaven, lol.
Seriously, I do look for reasons to cook and bake - and create them if they don't exist!
My specialty is cheesecakes but I enjoy tackling all sorts of projects. I garden a bit and do a lot of canning as well, mostly of things I pick at local orchards/farms.
So excited to have found this forum! I've already learned so much from you all!
