Hello from NY

Hi, my name is Andrea I love to bake but never have the guts to do a lot of it. Usually it’s for someone's birthday or party that I’ll make something. I have very few cakes and pies under my belt that are from scratch, but I have made a bunch of cookiesJ. I live in NYC. My other half really is the 8pm in the kitchen making some kind of treat for me. I get very impatient and if I have directions and photos, get discouraged easily.

Hopefully, we here, can give you the confidence you need to bake. All you can do is try; you know what they say, practice makes perfect.

Have you tried finding recipes via Pinterest? Often, recipes pinned there have detailed instructions and pictures.

Anyways, once again, welcome to the board.
