Hello, my name is Kristina. I am excited to join this forum because I love to bake and get new ideas. I have been baking since I was about ten years old. I started out baking by helping my grandfather with all the holiday treats every year. We made everything from cookies, cakes, pies, to all different kinds of bread. I love to bake for my family and make them happy. I have many recipes that I have collected over the years. I cannot wait to get some more ideas and meet new people. I am from a big family, but out of all of us I am the only one that can cook and bake. I find it quite funny. My sisters are always begging me to cook and bake them something when I go over to their house. The internet makes baking so much easier these days. There are so many recipes online. Well thank you all for your time. Hopefully we can share ideas soon.

I agree about how I use the internet for cooking and baking tips. I like forums like this with specific interaction...I have had quite a few questions answered. This evening though, I was baking a tray of ribs and wanted to check a tip I had heard, from the kitchen to computer and back! Welcome, I am sure you will enjoy your time here.
