Hello, my name is Tim, I'm new. I love to bake especially helping my wife. I enjoy trying to be creative even though it doesn't work all the time.

Two people baking is so much more fun! I love it. Well, I'm happy to see you here! I also like to tweek recipes a bit, but I never make drastic changes that I'd not be too sure about. I'm just too cautious that way. XD
