Hello everyone. I've been into baking since I was a kid. I made so many cakes and cookies even was making them for a women's Bible study group for a while in HS. I have been gluten free for about a year now, so my baking has really dropped off, but I want to learn more about how to make baking work for me again. Right now I am probably too broke to buy the ingredients I will need to do anything very often, but I'd like to learn and store up ideas for when I have more money in the future.
