Hi, I just joined today :)
I'm a professional confectionery chef for almost 8 years now, and have recently taken an interest to the whole healthy side of baking, and how great it can be. I've got my own healthy food blog, and have been experimenting a lot with vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free desserts.

Happy to answer any healthy or non healthy baking questions you all might have :)
