Help with ingredient

    Hello everybody, I ordered by mistake sweet ground white chocolate and I'm not sure what to use it for. I would love to make something with it and apples and gluten free, if somebody knows how to use it I could use some advice. I tried to mix it with joconde sponge cake but I didn't notice the white chocolate flavor at all and is so sweet :(.....

    Ive been working in a apple panacotta and it will be great to add this ingredient to the dessert but not sure how.

    I've heard that you can make nut-free macarons using grated / powdered white chocolate, so that might be worth a try?
