Wellllll now...you need to pass along your recipe. I love baking and can bake most anything, but cookies, of any kind, for some reason are somewhat of a challenge to me. I don't know why! I can just never seem to get a cookie recipe to turn out just right!

Hi again my fellow Baker's! I have been so busy, but I do plan to post my recipe. I always double it, so I'll need to chop it up to make it normal, (if time permits). But believe me, you; this is the Peanut Butter recipe you have been waiting for.

I hope this recipe finds you all well. Enjoy.

Elby's Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe
Preheat Oven to 350-375 degrees
(if you know your oven, adjust it between the two
Oh, this is doubled!!!

Cream together...
1 Cup Peanut Butter (Use what you like most)

1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks) Softened (If you forget, melt it & stick in fridge)

1 Cup of Sugar

1 Cup of Brown Sugar

1 teaspoons of Vanilla

Blend well!!!!!!!

Slowly mix in

2 Eggs (but do not beat them)

Blend your dry ingredients separately.

(always mix the baking soda and salt well into the flour)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking SODA!!!

2 2/3 Cups Flour (Bleached or Unbleached is fine)

Mix well.

Spoon onto cookie sheet about an inch thick.

For fun...take a fork and crisscross a pattern.

Bake about 8-10 minutes depending on how brown you like 'em,

and how hot your oven is.

Enjoy!!!
