Hi there. I’m from Staten Island, I’m a 29 year old female and I’m obsessed with sugar free baking! My favorite sweetener of choice is erithrytol and I love stevia/erithrytol sweetened chocolate chips. (Sugar causes unwanted blood sugar spikes that I’ve noticed have an adverse affect on me so that’s why I love using alternatives)
