I have been struggling to make pretty homemade yeast rolls. Whenever I attempt to make them, they come out flat and not so pretty. They are not rising the way they should. I can't figure it out! They seem to taste okay, but they are just very flat. Is it possible not to knead the dough enough or too much? Is it something in my ingrediants?
Any suggestions?
The ingredients I use is:
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup butter (one stick)
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs (large)
1 teaspoon salt
4 cup bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
