Hot weather cake

Is it possible to make a cake that doesn’t need to be refrigerated and doesn’t melt in hot weather? I want a cake that can last at least a week with no refrigeration and can withstand hot weather (no melting, no frosting/chocolate). Is this possible besides just like a brown bundt cake?

I know things like twinkies would work but is there something better I can at home?

No. There is no such cake or icing that will last a week without refrigerator in hot weather.
