Hi, i´ve tried doughnuts in bakery and they are so soft and squishy and just amazing, they melt in your mouth. I´ve made doughtnuts myself, but they have not been soft and they were not good compared to those in the bakery. I was just wondering what they use in their doughnuts and if it is any way for me to make them as good.
When i´ve made it myself I have fried the doughnuts

Unfortunately you cannot make a replica of a bakery donut at home. Commercial bakeries use dough conditioners that are not available to the home baker.
