I bought a set of the "As Seen On TV" tins for baking tortillia shells into bowls. While they work perfectly fine for that I want to try to make mini cakes in them. The scalloped shape would work perfect for the doll cakes that my littlest girls want. How do I adjust the bake time for the recipe to make sure that the cakes get done enough?
