I have been asked to make a cheesecake with strawberry sauce for a family members engagement party. My question, will the sauce make the cheesecake soggy if I put it on ahead of time?
Depends how much sauce you add, the consistency of the sauce and how long ahead of time you add it.
I would make the sauce, put it in a storage container in the fridge, and add the sauce to the plate or on top of the cheesecake at serving time. Can you add the sauce at serving time?
