How to use up left over rolls from the day before

I have never thought to use leftover rolls for garlic bread or even croutons. Great ideas ladies!!

I like alot of Italian herbs and cheddar cheese so I bet I could incorporate that into this. I may try this the next time I have leftover rolls.
