Im using my new breakmaker i am a newbie to bread its fun but im having different fails.

I have had some that havent cooked some great successes and more that have flopped.


I like a darker bread multigrain loaves and haven't found a great recipe to use with rye flour and mix with white flour. ..and or mixed bread mix im just wanting good easy recipes I brought a book but they don't seem to work to well either.

If it's hard on outside not soft and doughy on inside what does that mean
