Hello, I need some advice please.
A work colleague is leaving and I’ve been asked to do the cake. I am going to do a vegetable garden as his new job is a kitchen gardener for a large hotel and Manor House.
His leaving lunch is on a Thursday I had planned to make the cake and ice it over the weekend then do the finishing touches, grass, soil, vegetables etc the evening before but am worried the cake will not stay moist.
Should I be ok, or should I bake the cake Monday or Tuesday?
