Hi, I need to make icecubes for a cake and was thinking of trying isomalt, does anyone have experience with this or any other tips on making edible icecuses. Thanks x
I’ve never used isomalt so cant be of any help. But Liz Merek of Artisan Cake Company has a tutorial with video on making isomalt jewels. It seems pretty straightforward, no different from melting regular sugar. Then putting it in s mold.
