Jumbo eggs

All I have in the house is jumbo eggs and I have a cake mix that that calls for 3 eggs. Should I use 3 jumbos? Or perhaps two? Thanks

1 jumbo egg is approximately 70 g without the shell

1 large egg is approximately 50 g without the shell.

These are averages, eggs come in various sizes some weigh more, some weigh less

3 x 70 = 210

3 x 50 = 150


2 jumbo eggs weigh approximately 140g, just shy of the 150 g the recipe calls for.

I would just use two jumbo eggs.
