Kid’s baking cookbook metric weight

I need a kid’s baking cookbook for my niece. Anyone have a recommendation for a book in metric weight? The American books are in volume, which I do not use. With the coronavirus pandemic, it looks like the schools will be closed for the rest of the school year. She loves to bake. So I can turn baking into science and math lessons. I would like for her to have her own baking cookbook. She already has her own chef’s hat and jacket.
