I received a Stand Mixer this past Christmas and I am in love with it as I knew I would be. I didn't bug my husband for 2 years for nothing! 
It is well worth the money!
So far, I have whipped up cookies (isn't that the first thing everyone does?), brownies, cakes, and cheesecakes. I also like to make mashed and twice baked potatoes with it and shred chicken.
Does anyone have favorite recipes they use in their mixer? Any useful tricks that you have figured out? Have you bought a dust cover for yours? Spill the beans on everyone's favorite kitchen gadget!
