Lemon Meringue Pie recipe?

I have a lemon meringue pie recipe from my late grandma that I make all the time. It uses a 1/2 cup of lemon juice and a cup of sugar with the cook and serve lemon pudding. I've never made a lemon meringue pie without using the cook and serve lemon pudding. Does anyone have a tried and true, homemade lemon meringue pie recipe?

Ack! Thank you for reminding me.. I have a great recipe somewhere around here, it so creamy and UGH lol... I will post when if I find it (we're terrible packers, no idea where one of my recipe boxes ended up).
