It is made during a long process that involves curing the dough, which is acidic, similar to sourdough. The proofing process alone takes several days, giving the cake its distinctive fluffy characteristics. It contains candied orange, citron, and lemon zest, as well as raisins, which are added dry and not soaked.

Anyone have any suggestions on help for recipe?

Love to get it right for Easter

If it's for a special occasion such as Easter, I would make a practice run ahead of time, so you can relax and know it'll be right for the holiday. I've never made or even eaten it, but it's always intrigued me, and it does look delicious. If you make it, I hope you come back and let us know how the experience was, and how it turned out.
