Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me, I've never had a problem with a recipe like this.
I've been trying to make massa a portguese sweet bread and it keeps coming out dense!!!! It is supposed to be airy, soft, and lite.
I've tried and tried again and the same results, what am I doing wrong or is it the recipe? Please help!
This recipe takes 10c of flour and 8 eggs, a very expensive recipe to keep going into the garbage lol.

I would find a recipe on youtube that shows good results and just do what they do.
Without the recipe its not possible to have an intelligent conversation about what you have.
