I have a mini cupcake tin, but I can't seem to find small cupcake liners that will fit it. Am I supposed to use liners for this kind of pan or do I just grease it before adding the batter?
I have only ever greased my mini cupcake tins and they always come out just fine. If you are worried they will stick, then dust them with a little flour afterwards. If you are worried about scratching the surface while removing, you can sweep a toothpick around the circular part and then use a plastic spoon to scoop them out.
