Hello to all,
I am a newbie, but I am also a year ten student attempting a science experiment. It's about preservatives, and observing what individual ingredients would affect a cupcake's preservation overtime. I will be baking three cupcakes, one regular cupcake, one cupcake with a natural preservative, and one cupcake with an artificial preservative.
I wish to enquire about the different types of preservatives you may use/recommend?
