Need An Excellent Sable Recipe

I'm having trouble with this type of cookie - although simple number of ingredients but hard to form (it crumbled after I baked them), I'm looking for an excellent reliable sable recipe using part flour/part ground hazelnut .

you probably have too much nut powder, try with reduced amount, bake 1 cookie, you can always add more.
