Hi I am Bianca I am so happy that I have found this community! I have developed a severe sensitivity to gluten over the last year but still love Baked goods. Because I couldn´t find any good recipes of my old favorites like Banana Bread and cake that were gluten-free I have started experimenting with ingredients and sharing the recipes on my website [link removed]!
