Is there such thing as hiring a commercial bakery to produce your product? If so it can be anywhere in the United States. Please lead me In the right direction.

Sort of... A bakery that does business to business usually create their own product line. They provide pre-made frozen dough or baking mixes to companies that then complete the baking process on site. Or they wholesale finished products to retailers like restaurants, delicatessens, caters, etc.

Some may formulate and produce products to a client’s specifications of their production line is suited to the product.

A family friend runs a business to business bakery. But like all production lines, their bakery is set up for specific products. You need to find a wholesale bakery that is set up to produce the specific goods you want to sell.
