Oven thermometers?

Over the years I've accumulated a bunch of oven thermometers and, as of now, they all read differently. Like, with 50-100F separation. Need to get rid of a bunch (My oven thermostat is dead, so I rely on oven thermometers.) Recommendations appreciated for accurate, stable, sturdy, long-lasting oven thermometers.

I use an infra red gun for everything, oven temp, sugar, chocolate temp, deep frying in a wok etc. Amazon $25.

Thank you. I have a digital infrared thermometer, but the reading you get with it depends a lot on where you point it in the oven. If I point it at an analog thermometer there, I get a very different reading, presumably because the glass surface of the analog thermometer reflects some other part of the oven. Never quite figured out how to use an infrared thermometer in an oven reliably.

shoot the oven wall, as long as you do the same thing every time you have a reference, then observe how your cakes bake.
