How do you thin down pie meat that was accidentally thickened with corn flour not cold flour starch

Just thin it out with whatever liquid used (stock, broth, or water). Just add a tablespoon at a time until you reach the consistency you want.

I'm not sure I understand - you want to dilute the sauce that the meat is in?
