I remember having this at a restaurant in Australia years ago and loved it. It's a plain chocolate fondue mixed with smooth peanut butter! Yes, it is as good as it sounds.

  • 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Assorted fruits, cut into bite size pieces

The instructions are very easy. Just cook the chocolate, sugar, milk and peanut butter in a small pot or saucepan over low heat until it all becomes a smooth mixture. Pour into a fondue bowl and serve with fruit pieces.

The next time I have a party I am breaking out the fondue pot! That poor thing has been sitting on the shelf unused for far too long. You have just given me the pefect reason to take it out and put to good use.
