I'd like to see what members recommend for a pie book with outstanding recipes. One book I am considering is The Pie Book by Louis De Gouy.

My girlfriend really likes these pie books:

• The Book on Pie – Her favorite overall. Great crust and filling variety, super approachable.
• Sister Pie – Fun, creative recipes with lots of personality.
• Art of the Pie – Good for learning pie basics, including crust technique.
• The Perfect Pie (America’s Test Kitchen) – Very reliable with step-by-step guidance.
• Pie Squared – Cool sheet pie recipes, both sweet and savory.
