Ok do I have a 25cm loose base flan tin which is great for flans. I have seen recipes I like that require a smaller pie dish. I want something deeper so any topping can easily go on to the pie. The ceramic ones look nice but I wonder how difficult it really is to get that first slice out without ruining the pie. Any recommendations? Which pie dish do you use?
