Thank you. \n\nWe used to make pizza roll which is always a hit when we bring that to a pot luck gathering. But we haven't made pizza roll in a long time already because it is laborious. The crust is sliced bread that is flattened by a rolling pin. And the filings are tomato paste, ham, strips of green bell pepper, a thick strip of cheese placed in the middle of the flattened bread that is rolled like a spring roll. The cooking is by frying in a pot of oil until the wrapping turns brown. It is eaten with hot sauce like a real pizza.
