Powdered creams and butter

Just found powdered heavy cream, sour cream and butter on Amazon. How is the quality of these ingredients? Im sure the real thing is better but sometimes I just don't use them enough before they go bad.
I did a search here but was not seeing anything.

I think its used in chocolate where the moisture isn't wanted.

more often than not these indigents are used as a replacement for the "real thing" in order to control known moisture content and or to create dry mixes, like pancake, cake, etc.
As with most better brands are often of better quality, the brands directly from Hosier farms are good and I have used them for many years over a variety of projects
