after 50 yrs working in and owning french pastry shops, wholesale and retail, 2 french restaurants and a catering operation I threw my chefs jackets away. Kept my tools and some smaller machines so I can bake for fun at home.
I make videos for my sister in AZ because she constantly asks how to bake various stuff.
what about a typique french apple tart.

I made a short second video to show how to get perfect slices, its very simple.

I see from your profile that you're in Maine, but your accent sounds British? Did you move stateside at some point?
