I admit it, I like fancy dresses, palaces, and other trappings of royalty as much as the next girl. I'm not so much enamored of the royals themselves, but occasionally they give us an excuse to watch a fairytale wedding. So it's no surprise some bakers (even some Americans) made elaborate cakes in honor of Prince George's arrival. Here's one collection:

The first one is terrifying! :eek: I really like the last one though - it's so sophisticated, and has a royal theme without being too over-the-top. I quite like the second one too but I'm not sure about the Stork logo on it though - I get that it's made by the company Stork, but it would've been clear enough and much more subtle if they just had the stork on the bottom tier. I love the idea of gender reveal cakes like that though!
