Hi,
We have a Russell Hobbs breadmaker and have always found the bread very difficult to slice. I allow the bread to cool, have even left it overnight. But despite trying various bread knives it always feels too soft when slicing. I have even gone as far as watching youtube videos to make sure I am doing it correct. But it always ends in pretty disastrous results and when I see videos or others slicing their bread it always slices with ease.
Any advice most welcome, please!
Is there anything I can adjust from the recipe to make the bread more solid and therefore easier to slice? The recipes I use are exactly as per the recipe book that came with the machine.
Thanks
