I bake honey cake following the recipe and using the recommended size pan. But every time the ends are done properly but the center sags and is under cooked. Any suggestions on how to deal with this problem?

Welcome to the forum! :) It sounds like the cake is baking too quickly (ie the outside is burning before the centre is baked through). The first thing to check is your oven temperature (it may need calibrating) and then you may need to lower the setting and bake the cake for longer.

You could also protect the outside of the cake with layers of baking paper, or maybe even try using a baking belt.
