Hi everyone
My best success with baking sandwich bread has been with Schär mix b. Where I live it’s hard to get and pricey when I do. Does anyone have an idea of a good ratio of the ingredients to recreate it myself?
It contains
Maize starch
Rice flour
Psyllium and bamboo fibres
Brown rice flour (3.8%)
Dextrose
Lentil flour (3.6%)
Salt
It also has some kind of cellulose
